Mek Mi Help is designed to provide more information and accountability than an anonymous listing. No application or review process can remove every risk involved in admitting someone to a property or engaging a service provider.
What Mek Mi Help does
The platform may collect provider application information, review applications by service category, consider stated experience, and collect or review references where required. Marketplace eligibility is controlled by category. Reviews are connected to completed bookings, and booking communication and activity history are retained.
Mek Mi Help can receive complaints and may restrict, suspend or remove accounts where appropriate.
What provider review does not guarantee
Review or approval does not guarantee honesty, crime-free conduct, personal safety, property security, workmanship quality, or suitability for every customer or property. It does not guarantee the absence of theft, assault, harassment, property damage, negligence or other misconduct.
Customer precautions
- Review provider and service information before making arrangements.
- Agree the scope, price or quotation, timing and property access arrangements.
- Keep valuables and sensitive documents secure.
- Exercise appropriate care where children or vulnerable people are present.
- Keep important booking and communication information on the platform.
- Do not share passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Report concerns promptly.
For immediate danger or suspected criminal conduct, contact the appropriate police or emergency authorities.
Provider responsibilities
- Provide truthful, current information.
- Work within the capability and experience represented.
- Act lawfully and professionally.
- Respect people, property and privacy.
- Communicate changes to scope, timing or price.
- Do not engage in harassment, threats or unlawful conduct.
- Cooperate with legitimate complaint review.

Use the Report a Concern information to contact Mek Mi Help. Reporting to Mek Mi Help does not replace contacting police or emergency authorities where appropriate.
