How the standard marketplace fee works
The standard Mek Mi Help marketplace fee is 15% of a qualifying completed paid job. There is no marketplace commission simply for creating an account or listing approved services.

You set the customer price before accepting the work. The marketplace fee is calculated from the completed paid job amount.
Launch benefit
Founding Provider Programme
Eligible providers who join during Mek Mi Help’s launch period can start with a reduced marketplace fee.
10%Founding Provider fee
- Applies to the first 10 qualifying completed paid jobs.
- Enrolment closes when the first 100 eligible providers have been approved or 90 days have passed from the official programme launch, whichever occurs first.
- Qualifying discounted jobs must be completed within six months of provider approval.
- The standard 15% fee applies after the introductory benefit.
- The Founding Provider designation may remain after the fee benefit ends.

Providers decide what to quote customers. When setting a price, consider your own costs, the scope of the job and the applicable Mek Mi Help marketplace fee.
Mek Mi Help catalogue reference amounts are designed to improve price transparency. They do not prevent providers from setting their own quotations.
When does Mek Mi Help charge a fee?
No marketplace fee for:
- creating an account
- submitting a provider application
- listing approved services
- receiving an enquiry or quote opportunity
Marketplace fee applies to:
- qualifying completed paid jobs processed through the applicable Mek Mi Help workflow
How payments and payouts currently work
The percentages on this page describe Mek Mi Help's commercial fee policy. Mek Mi Help does not currently offer live customer card payments, automatic fee deduction or automated provider settlement. Customers and providers currently arrange payment using the available offline process. Authorised administrators may record payment, marketplace-fee and externally completed payout information where the applicable features and financial policy are enabled.
Founding Provider eligibility and qualifying jobs are administered according to the programme rules and Mek Mi Help's provider and booking records.
What does the customer pay?
You agree the price. That’s what you pay.
At launch, Mek Mi Help does not add a separate Mek Mi Help marketplace fee to the customer’s agreed service price.
