We collect account, provider, booking, communication and payment-related information needed to operate and secure this service.

Public provider profiles may display approved business information and images. Booking messages and attachments are private to authorised booking participants and administrators.

This application retains certain booking, payment and audit records where necessary for operational, security and financial integrity. Final retention periods are subject to approved legal policy.

Optional marketing processing is not currently offered. Account deletion requests are reviewed before any anonymisation occurs.
